Glad to know all those folks bootlegging cigarettes aren't criminals...Oh, and those Ohio folks crossing into Richmond, IN to get cheaper booze no longer have to be worried about getting picked up. If you have an artificial difference in price, there will be those who exploit it--doesn't matter if it's considered criminal or not. You just end up with a different...ahem..."methods of commerce".

Yep, and there's absolutely no racism outside of MS, good to know that. Sorry to bust your bubble, but I've been all over this nation, and there are bigots everywhere. And those who shout "racism" the loudest I've found tend to be the most bigoted.
"So are you sayiong that a Black American citizen can just show up in some all white village in rural Mississippi, and everyone will shower him or her with gifts? Invite them into their home for a nice dinner? Ignore them?"
Hate to burst your stereotypical statement, but I've seen multiple Black (& other ethnic) folks "just show up" here in MS. They didn't get showered with gifts, but were treated very politely (yep, invited to, and attend local churches)--much better than how I've seen the same color folks treated in other "more enlightened" places. Maybe you better get your news from someone w/o an ax to grind...
If you re-read my post, you will see you have just made my point exactly. Governments don't (typically) have the "fear of bankruptcy", so you end up picking stupid "winners" like Solyndra (sp). Companies that pick wrong, fail--so they put more thought into their picks.
Why? Because the govt, having little incentive beyond strictly "get me elected again" or "let me keep my govt paycheck"*, has historically had a very poor track record at picking winners. Private enterprise, having more of a "I'd better be right, or I'm going to lose $$--or go out of business" attitude, tends to have a better record. And those that don't, tend to not stick around...(Kodak, anyone?).....*disclaimer--I've been on the "let's pick the company side for the govt in the past
Just did a quick test: "What are the top 10 songs?" gives you the apple-ad. But if I say "Search the web for what are the top 10 songs", then siri supplies a link to the top 10 songs. That makes the whole apple-ad thing pretty stupid on apple's part...All you did was annoy me, while I could still get the info.

Citation please. Because I haven't heard any mainstream conservative groups try to restrict free speech; and almost every mainstream liberal group supports it (or fails to condemn their brethren who do).
Since steel is conductive, it likely IS toxic for drones. Most likely you will be required to use some type of non-conductive shot (plastic? Glass? Ceramic?). This may result in an increase of wounded drones instead of clean kills. Doesn't sound too humane to me...
Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I don't see where you came up with that list. Many of those professions are permitted in the Bible. A very famous Jew was the son of a carpenter...
to add to that, we (tree farmers) are also (usually) growing sawlogs. To do that, we have to thin the pines at a certain size. These culls go to the papermills. Those trees have to come out (google "Southern Pine Beetle"); we either send them to the paper mill/chip-n-saw mill/etc or they rot on the ground. Growing up, I've seen a lot of former farmland change over to tree farms--more trees now then in the past...
Make houses. Make paper (& bury it in a landfill--what happened to those readable 1950's newspapers anyway?). Heck, bury it in a coal mine for that matter. You don't have to let it decompose.
Depends on what you're measuring. Since you're mainly using the water for agriculture, and the fields tend to need so many inches of water and are measure in acres, the natural unit would be "acre-foot". Kind of like using "board-foot" for measuring lumber.
Clicking simple shots a a neighbor hood pool is probably harmless. Single shot from the street at your yard with kid-in-swimsuit also probably harmless. Coming into your privacy-fenced backyard pool standing there for several minutes taking close-ups of small kids in swimsuits.... If you think that's normal, maybe you should be seeing the shrink...
Leaving alone somewhat the question of if you SHOULD 'shoot down a drone'. I wonder how many people would walk
up to a stranger, grab their camera and throw it hard to the pavement - its much the same thing really.
They would have to be doing something pretty damn wrong...
If the stranger is not violating the person's privacy, probably nothing will happen to the camera (or drone). If the camera is pointing in his little girls bedroom/pool/similar-type-situation, the camera (or drone) will likely need replacing---maybe along with stranger's teeth...
Some folks could see that as flamebait--in at least 2 orthogonal directions. I salute you in your braveness!
out of season maybe? Too lazy to store any? (but not enough to carve the seeds?)

The O2 has to combine with something to make the CO2...

And if they broke any laws, then they should also be prosecuted.
And "Central Authority" usually doesn't have enough "processing power" to quickly handle unanticipated demand.
Sounds like a decent business idea--maybe someone would set something up like that. (No sarcasm, being serious).
But if they did indeed "go away at the push of a button", couldn't a competitor come in and take their revenue?
Look up DCC. I did my senior design on a Z-80 based controller to run a (very--had to tote the thing to class) small layout. Got an A for it, too...

How much does it cost vs how much does black plastic cost?
