Would you need a license? What I was thinking was that the rosters are fully configurable, say in some plugin module. Then, if a group of guys get together and hacked up an nfl roster, saved it, and made it available, I don't see a licensing problem (as long as it wasn't a module coming from the development team). Seems like it would work...
I can see your point, but I think there is one area where this is viable: sports. You spend a lot of time developing a strong game engine. Then, rosters, create-a-team, create-a-player, different playbooks, different plays, etc. can all be created, keeping the game fresh.
(yes, I'm trying to find a place to stick another comma)
I've heard quite a few people are buying them to rip out the 4gig hard drives and putting them in their digital cameras. I guess it is 200 bucks cheaper.
But the point that you are missing is that most of these lawyers are donating on behalf of their clients in order to give more than the $2000/person limit. So, it is not lobbying for lawyers/law firms'agendas, it is the agendas of their clients.
Sounds like you have found a business opportunity: 1. Companies looking to outsource are wanting to pay less for programming skills. 2. There are not enough job offerings for programmers at a lower pay scale.
Start a company with programmers that are willing to accept less money and lowball the offshore bids.
If I hear one more programmer cry about outsourcing to India, I'm going to scream. This is life in a global economy. Live with it. If you want to love what you do for a living, be willing to accept less money for it (think teaching, being a cop, etc.). If you want to be rich, obtain skills in an area that is paying well. It's that simple:
I think Mr. Kurtz is being way too uptight. User friendly is hilarious. I'm an NT tech support person , and I'm pretty new to Linux and the other *nixes. Yet I think it is very funny. If you can't laugh at yourself, the world is a boring place.
Uh Oh.....I should probably stop using lynx

The 6600GT is PCI express only at the moment. And, there are currently no mobo's that have both socket 939 and PCI-e

and the software exploits do NOT work on version 1.6 xboxes...
This may be true for older xboxen. But, unfortunately for us with 1.6 version xboxes, a modchip is required.
Yeah, Blinkx. I remember this back when it was called "Bonzi Buddy".
thanks..
what is the bitrate for HDTV? I don't know how many bits per pixel it takes.
Thanks in advance,

I say just encrypt the file and post the MD5..
This guy sounds like a prime candidate to buy some wind-up flashlights, cans of food, and gold. He is talk radio's dream consumer! Gold bond, anyone?

You don't get a vote in everything. Adapt.

You can prove anything with statistics.....80% of all people know that!
