    I challenge a million monkeys to retrieve my wallet.dat file for the litecoin mining I did two years ago when the network went live(was getting at least block a minute for the first few hours as the difficulty ramped up.) I'll pay $50,000 for it, as long as all the litecoins remain attached.

    Warning: only one copy existed, and it was on an encrypted hard drive with a 27 character key, and said hard drive was later reformatted and re-encrypted with a different key. (at the time litecoins were next to worthless so I had 'better' uses for the drive)

    Yeah, btc took a momentary dive, and people jumped on it and it shot right back up above $1k. This all happened while I was asleep so *shrug*

    Sure, battery life in a ebook reader is finite, but it last literally weeks. Unless you are shipwrecked in a deserted island, thats a non-issue for most of us.

    Don't forget solar chargers for low-powered usb devices are in the ~$40 range, last I checked, in case you want to take your whole library on a cross-country camping trip or whatever. :)

    Personally I read my books on 4 different devices... a laptop, galaxy s2, nexus 7, and a kindle paperwhite. It's very rare I'm not within 10ft of one of these.

    Only problem with keeping them in a car is they tend to be alive. If you're going to use reusable bags, please wash them. BTW, what the heck happened to paper bags? Those decompose pretty quick.

    LGuk was a scary place until the joys of PBAoE. We'd claim everything from Lord to Frenzy with one group(and manage to hold it all)... pissed off a fair number of folks. :D

    How about breaking in to PoFear only to have your whole raid wipe... and begging another guild to rescue you before your corpses rotted?

    ... seriously. There are so many MMOs now you really expect a single answer from /. that will make up your mind? Go do free trials, read some reviews. Sign up for some betas. I've played probably 20 or so MMOs since I first played Everquest in 1999 and they've all had upsides and downsides.
