I have also been using the master password in combination with "saved password editor", why have ui-button to clog more stuff in the bar than have it in the menu as this has?

Do you even know how it works?, Luxembourg could have had 1% in taxes, the problem was that they gave amazon a deal that gave them a 0.1% taxes when they had 1% as standard, and thats illegal according to EU regulations, everything pays the same or not, is simple as that.
If they still wanted to keep giving amazon 0.1% they would have had to lower it for everyone else.

  3. I agree with this completely, if I provide a service that I know my customers will probably not look up somewhere else, like I only the product, I have lower prices, I have the needed content, why would I want my customers to spend less time with my product?, it is one thing the design is stupid and another thing being still useful that it doesnt get noticed by the average joe that they have to spend more time on my site.

actually there are still costs to a display windows as keeping it clean and depending on the land\road outside the store owner might to keep it clean aswell, so yes there are still costs, and like local taxes and rent for the building, if the land around the store get more popular as more people come there the tax can get higher or the building owner might put a higher rent.

A public profile is more like a item in a display window, if you display things in the windows of the store for people walking outside too see then it should be available to everyone, someone might go outside taking notes or images of what you have displayed to the outside.

Zillow might not own the copyright of the images, it could still own the right to have full distribution rights on where the images might be shown if they have struck such agreement with the photographer. And as the blogger will not show the images then Zillow seems to have presented such evidence, they could even have a agreement where they are to represent the photographer for copyright issues with third parties and thus be able to claim copyright on the behalf of the photographer.
