It shows the full handle it was sent to though, so at best maybe you can filter it by the handle, assuming the spammer didn't remove the + value. A relative of mine runs a series of twitter accounts spewing weather stats and uses the + syntax on his personal email address to route messages.
I recall Rogers used to allow you to generate temporary emails with a random id at the end of your base email address, and mail would be delivered to your normal inbox. That actually allowed you to manage spam because it looked like a regular address and you could deactivate it - unfortunately the ID was long and you'd never remember it.

A rapist could easily do a dozen other things that aren't made any less difficult by allowing transgender people to fully be their gender in society.
Just to be clear here, identifying as a woman doesn't necessarily mean you wear traditionally female clothes. I know at least one person in my office who wears golf shirts and slacks and has a short unisex hairstyle (i.e. has a manly appearance) but she is quite specifically female.

Bombings in the middle east are often in checkpoint line-ups (often lineups for police recruitment), crowded markets, crowded funerals, etc. Further west we have the London subway, Boston Marathon, etc. Airport bombings generally cause more commercial loss than the others though, so it really depends on the terrorist group's goal.
