You know, freedom goes both ways - you have the right to see these images, but Google has the right to censor their own content.
Sure they have the right to, but is it a good idea? Of course not. We have the right.ability to just use another search engine if they are seceretly restricting information. Either way, it's still a pretty crappy thing to do.
I thought it was just a coincidence that I (with a newer account, not many rentals) got the same movies my mother(very old account, lots and lots of rentals) couldn't get. Kinda stinks really... good thing im in the dorms at college so I get to change my address/CC/account every 6 months:)
(The following could be wrong) I though that it was determined by the appeals court that Napster had a substantial non-infringing use so techincaly it wouldnt have been a tool for violating copyrights specificaly. They were just required to remove content copyright owners told them to.
It's always a possiblity.. but like its been said (in the chat I belive), Sci-Fi has to be willing to sell the rights to the first 88 episodes for there to even be a chance of Farscape showing up on another network. If you do write Sci-Fi about not cancelling Farscape, include in the bottom of your letter something like, "Please at least be willing to sell the rights to the first 88 episodes so there will be alteast a chance of seeing Farscape again."
Acording to DK its going to end just like it was going to end when season 5 was still on. Well atleast he said they would still be working on the movie script:/
Do they really want to kill there network that badly? I mean they keep cancelling shows that have a large fan base in favor of either crap shows(ie John Edwards) or to repeat some other old show 6 times a day instead of 5. Bah.... im so incredibly pissed off right now.
And heres a link to past research he has done on Internet filtering systems, Here. Interviewed him once as a source for a paper I had to write for school, good guy.
I could be totally wrong (which I probably am)... Isn't there something illegal about Microsoft disabling (thereby 'destroying') items from YOUR computer (YOUR property)??
I really don't think they are still alive, they were buried in the ground at the end of the episode they died in. In all likely hood it will be flash backs of Mulder where we see them. Just my opinion.
Ill figure out some way to fake every single biometrical piece of info they tried to get of me heh, theres somethings I dont ever want the government to have heh.
One thing at a time. Besides, ISP's selling information to other sources and programs/spyware (such as gator) are kind of different issues. One you really don't have any control over and the other you have some control (You can uninstall the software)
Id like to know this too... I know I saw a list of those who supported it under the old name but I can not remember them and have yet to find the names of the people supporting it under the new name.
That we make a nice case/computer for those family members that dont overclock of constantly upgrade:) I have a feeling if I put my rig in there id be able to cook a couple of eggs on the surface. Hmm I suppose I could throw about 4 fans on each side.. hmm...
Yup.. Im sure one of the tech's will just install Window's to save the time of developing their own operation system:-).. All of a sudden all the monitors in mission control will fill with BSOD's:)
It seems like we are starting to hear about some asteroid missing us a few times a year now. Has anyone ever heard of Nasa having any sort of plan on what to do if an asteriod ever was going to hit earth? (Even though according to that article the odds are currently 1 in 10 million")

Matt Roush at TVGuide posted an article about the mini series that made me want to wait for it even more. http://www.tvguide.com/tv/roush/dispatches/

Oh thats awsome lol... I don't even want to be the people at Sci-Fi that have to deal with this mess that they have made themself :)

If they are threating to "bringing the chainsaw to Moya" beginning of next week it is NOT a publicity stunt.
