How did this get modded down?!?!?! This was a funny comment! I'm for open source, but c'mon, give a funny comment its props!

Hold on people. Let's take a look at the source here:

Hmmmmm...Just think about this for a second. They even refer to themselves as 'headhunters'.

Now why would a headhunter website post a top-ten list about why you should accept a headhunter's offer over your exsisting company's counter-offer?

Always consider an author's motivations before you read anything. Especially advice.

Well, yes, the word is being mis-used in its truest form...but over time, language can and does change. Purists will put up a fight, but even they will be turned, over time.

Other words that have "lost" their meaning:

    factoid (FAK-toid) noun
Unverified or inaccurate information that is presented in the press as factual, often as part of a publicity effort, and that is then accepted as true because of constant repetition.

    enormity (i-NOR-mi-tee) noun
    1. The quality of passing all moral bounds; excessive wickedness or outrageousness.
    2. A monstrous offense or evil; an outrage.
    3. (Usage Problem) Great size; immensity.

    fulsome (ful-sum) adjective
    1. Offensively flattering or insincere.
    2. Offensive to the taste or sensibilities.
    3. (Usage Problem) Copious or abundant.

as well as... sycophant, notorious, and fortuitous.

I couldn't find any information that WinXP was supported. Please, please, please show me where it says 98lite supports WinXP and I will stand corrected. But until then, I will completely disagree with you that it works for the "latest" version of windows.

Win98, and Win95 aren't their current OSes. I'm fairly certain MS' latest OSes *do* have IE integrated. Those programs can't and won't work for Win2K or XP.

I really wouldn't be surprised to hear that Microsoft intentionally integrated IE with its newer OSes for legal purposes as opposed to genuine software-requirement purposes. I think it would be a lot harder to legally tell MS to de-integrate IE with their OS rather than legally telling them not to package IE with their OS.

Win98 and Win95 are slowing becoming too obselete to be used in the IE integration argument.

I agree that the price is a little much...but as far as sound quality goes, everyone I know who has connected their sound card to their stereo hears a barely audible ~50Hz hum on the channel. Most people who connect to their stereo do it to play there music loud(er), in which that barely audible hum becomes quite audible. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't heard a sound card that doesn't put this noise on the line.

    -64K is 6.4% of that.
