    WIth IE I have Windows all around the place.

    With Mozilla I have tabbed browsing (right now I have 10 different web pages on the same window).

    I am blocking pop-ups in Mozilla. In IE good luck.

    The only feature that was a bit better in IE was the handling of bookmarks (that MS against tradition renamed as "favourites", talk about usability) but Mozilla is fast improving on that by allowing you to move them around on the menu itself.

    You can evaluate technology without having used it before. Of course this is normally better achieved by somebody with experience in the industry, but if somebody says I am multiplataform, open, etc. you can refer to the hard facts in order to state your opinion.

    You make it appear like the only way to evaluate something is asking the designers themselves. What do you think they would say?

    Hay muchas cosas que no se pueden traducir fielmente, asi que si usted tiene la suerte de dominar ambas lenguas mi humilde consejo es que siempre lea en la lengua original en que la obra en cuestion fue escrita.

    Serious companies are providing quality enterprise systems with Linux and many other big and famous ones are using Linux on their daily operations.

    These guys, by their own initiative, do the work of MS Engineers, offer to share the results and, here, shudder, suggest, not demand, suggest to be compensated for any work they do with MS after the agreement is signed.

    Sorry, standard, ethical practice is to inform the company, give them enough time to fix the problem (one month sounds good to me) and then release the exploit. These guys went out of their way to work with MS.

    The reality is that MS is so big that has lost the ability to react fast to any issues. If the Internet was popularized today I wonder if Billy Gates would have managed to steer the company on time in the correct direction....
