    Service companies that sell parts to customers have been keeping track of state taxes for decades. Hell, some websites even ask the county you live in if your zip code spans multiple tax jurisdictions.

    Not being able to keep track of sales tax rates is not a problem. Computers are great at keeping track of numbers and Amazon has plenty of those.

    Nielsen does provide metrics for current methods of streaming.

    Not only that, but if Nielsen needs metrics for any new methods of streaming to non-TV devices from TWC, they can get this data without much hassle.

    These are cameras. Not installed or maintained by IT staff.

    Few places have physical security as a function of their IT dept, although that trend is changing.

    No GPS on WiFi unit (only A-GPS on 3G unit).

    No camera.

    Still no flash on the new processor that "screams".

    And to add speculation:

    I'd wager that AT&T's data plan for it will forbid any VOIP from going through the "unlimited" data plan.

    How do those two laptops have "EXACT hardware specs"?

    Does the dv9825ea an LED backlit display? How about:
    MagSafe power port?
    802.11n wireless?
    5 hour battery life?
    Bluetooth?
    Optical Digital Audio Input?
    Optical Digital Audio Output?

    The specs are not even close to identical or exact by any definition or vague interpretation of the word.
