    it features this art restoration expert, using some kind of bieore type strip (professional brand type most likley) to remove dirt and grease from art on a wall.
    Rather interesting use I thought...Now I know it's actually real.
    People do that.

    In the Niagara area, we have these things called "Speedy Cabs"
    6$ will get you anywhere in the city, or 15 to a neighbouring one.
    However, don't trust the name "speedy", they're hardly on time. Just average joes running around in cars, abetting average citizens illegaly.

    Of course it's legal, why would it not be?
    They are providing a Free interface for a Free enviroment on FreeBSD, so people can Buy a product from the company and use it.

    If that's not free, I don't know what is.

    This is transfer of video to the consumer.
    doesn't matter which protocol you use, its still over the internet, which is over phone lines, or cable, but not over certain other lines.

    How does this involve the internet?
    Specially if the medium was fiber optic line, or even a tin can down the way.
    And its not being recorded on any "video tape".

    off topic
    but a fix for that, copy the "while' to "loopforever" and in your ~/.xinitrc file
    after your window managers execution command, eg:

    #sample .xinitrc file
    enable-some-kewl-sound-daemon &
    startkde &
    loopforever

    quick dirty fix..you end your x session, you'd have to kill the loopforever pid, but X will not exit because your window manager (the previous and last pid) exited.

    only thing to ad: the original PALM os was built in UNIX, palm aquired it and ported it to windows.
    Linux versions exist, nativly.
