"One can expect that Microsoft and the other companies are keeping track of what and to whom their representatives are selling software. In some cases the registration process involves direct contact between our company and Microsoft or its colleagues. With this in mind, Microsoft must be assumed to know that what they have stated to the Swedish courts is not the full truth, therefore I must assume that Microsoft must have another agenda for their action against MindArk."
Jan Welter Timkrans suggests that Microsoft is trying to disrupt the launching of Project Entropia: "All through our development process we have kept track of which companies are visiting our site on the Internet and without comparison Microsoft has been one of the most frequent visitors.

In the Niagara area, we have these things called "Speedy Cabs" 6$ will get you anywhere in the city, or 15 to a neighbouring one. However, don't trust the name "speedy", they're hardly on time. Just average joes running around in cars, abetting average citizens illegaly.

"Talk to a lawyer and transfer all media via FTP (goes back a lot further than their patent."
So does the web. This is transfer of video to the consumer. doesn't matter which protocol you use, its still over the internet, which is over phone lines, or cable, but not over certain other lines. blah
A system of distributing video and/or audio information employs digital signal processing to achieve high rates of data compression. The compressed and encoded audio and/or video information is sent over standard telephone, cable or satellite broadcast channels to a receiver specified by a subscriber of the service, preferably in less than real time, for later playback and optional recording on standard audio and/or video tape.
How does this involve the internet? Specially if the medium was fiber optic line, or even a tin can down the way. And its not being recorded on any "video tape".

startkde &
loopforever
