    i do belive they also act as heating insulation I'm not sur eof the one you are talking about but some of the foam ones i have tryed testing in the past also decrease the heat disapation

    they said its clear... a type of this form may be able to be used as optics depends on how clear it really is...

    why do people climb Everest why do people go places that should kill humans (very, very tall places and very very low places ie under water caverns that go way over 5 or 6 miles down and say underwater for a week) casue its human nature to over come problems and since it is their we must go and prove it can be done with out that drive to over come adversity their is no other point to go on with life

    The latest coolest Athlon 1800+ machine You want to know why casue i have worked hard for the money working my job (12 hr shifts) and i belive that anyone is capable of working may it be at a wawa or a McDonald's or IBM in their CR&D but it is possible for anyone to work to get their coolest Athlon 1800+ machine

    What exactly does a power generating device need a battery for ? the article mentions that it can recharge its own battery I hope the hell it can other wise using it just to power its self to provide power to you..... Ok that really doesn't make sense I have a 5kW generator it does not have a battery (granted it could to get it started but I can do that and I assume the shoes can too) but that the whole thing about the piezo (sp?) electricity nature of this device that it doesn't need that so I repeat ( I may have missed it in the article but why exactly does this need an on board battery except as a buffer in which I can think of other way off the top of my head capacitors hopefully someone can clarify this for me

    This is not the first cell phone/palm... it is however the coolest looking one looks like they tool a lot from the Motorola i1000 the one that can flip up that's a Nextel phone.

    Actually its possible but the average human isn't focused enough for this to be effective I have use such a brainwave mouse it is very hard to control and took me about 4 hrs to get it to move where I wanted it...

    they will probally run a StrongARM abstraction layer due to all the programs alredy out their. Thats the great thing about Crusoe is you can have a layer surrounding the CPU so i will do what ever you want it to kinda like an emulator ok i know its not but go w/ me

    Ummm this guy here only has a 2-4 hr battery life last time i checked that a warehouse workers shift was a weee bit longer than that and throw in the 802.11 transceiver than drawls out the battery life a bit more and well its still got bad battery life i love the idea but it was like the P/PC when they first came out only having a few hrs battery life ok ok... the ipaq haves a bit over 12 or so hrs... read the posts in the article about Pocket PC's while is a lot because its not on all the time in a warehouse they will pretty much be on non stop for a shift.... 2 hrs will be good for those union people so that can take a break while recharging than head back to work once its recharged

    This is not a troll I repeat this is not a troll the reason the cell phones are that much better is because the land line blow goatse I have been in a many different European hotels trying to dial out or even connect to person (voice) it's a royal pain in the ass
