    The nuclear war that could have arisen from the Bay of Pigs was averted, arguably because Kennedy knew what missiles were where.

    Theory: What if everyone is tolerant of cyber spying, because it actually makes us all safer, by avoiding the "accidental wars"?

    It doesn't change your narrative, but a quick update. The IG report and Congressional testimony has revealed that all except four of the emails on Clinton's server were forwarded to an entity outside of the US. It was reported to Strozk, who ignored it. Then led the investigation down the "no harm, no foul" road.

  10. How about this for a compromise: I give up my right to keep my conversations to myself, while everyone in Congress, along with all upper administrative personnel in the government are forced to wear body cameras.

    Can't really tell, AC, but you seem to be upset that this complication could occur. You see, the thing is, Christopher Wray isn't. If they are trying to hang something on you, you go to jail. If you are part of their club, you're as free as Hillary.

    It goes back to that monologue out of "Atlas Shrugged". Laws aren't made to enforce justice. They're made to entrap. We're all guilty of something if somebody like Mueller wants to push it. This is just a law that will make pushing easier for those that consider themselves better than the rest of us.

    Why does the cop even need to lead the dog around the vehicle? Isn't the dog trained? The cop should be required to stand back. Just point the dog at the car, and video tape it. No search unless the dog stands and barks at one specific spot.

    Why? What good is the "emergency alert"? WTF are you going to do in the case of a flood alert from a passing thunderstorm? Run out into the rain? Every "Amber" alert I've ever heard has been a child "taken" by its father. Considering the way men are treated by the courts, WTF would I want to get caught up in someone else's domestic arguments? The whole system is a stupid waste.

    What has desensitized me is giving me a stupid alert that it is raining. It's North Carolina. It is an early summer storm. It's going to rain buckets (for a few minutes, in a small geographic area). Somebody is going to get flooded. I don't need every phone in the office to tell me that it is raining outside. And if I was in danger from anything to do with the flood, I'd be outside, and be fully aware that it was raining like a MF.

    Basically, the "early alert system" is useless from inception.

Obama tried it, and many on the left wanted to buy into it, but we have a President, not a King. No one in the Trump administration, including Trump himself has the power to repeal any federal laws.
