    they have gone through the court system the raid is when they turn up with the nice little court documents that says they can look at whatever they want

    big corporates get the same treatment that your local drug dealer gets its called equality i know thats a hard concept for some to grasp

    telstra just removed ALL linux iso's from their free mirror, and they did it just a couple of weeks after announcing that they had struck a deal with planetmirror.com for a premium service which you pay extra for that doesn't count on your bigpond limit

    ahh but the dialup plans are capped too around 300-500MB/month and you can't connect 24/7 in Australia unless you use Telstra Direct which bills you 20.9c/MB for all data received

    you may make 1 copy (of anything you own) for the purposes of making a backup in case of damage or whatever

    and since you mention you have no idea about the book i'm talking about then you obviusly don't know what your talking about in regards to printer setup in slackware so you cant compare it to redhat

    as for gcc 3 where the hell have you been for the past few months that product is cursed

    yea pat added a little script that searches for any sysv scripts on the system and runs them in the right places

    don't be a cheap skate and go buy the cd set and read the little book it'll tell you to run this little program that'll set up your printer in less time then redhats bloated gui ever could

    gcc 3.1 breaks all c++ librarys and for any distro to upgrade to it at this point would be suicide as it has not been tested. if you know anything about programming you will know that gcc 3.x is currently blacklisted by everyone its just too full of bugs for a production enviroment

    we don't need to worry about that the public broadcaster (owned buy the government) has been getting themselves in a spot of trouble lately for political bias towards the opposition party and not the party in power

    and by far all forms of the media are evil and the public broadcaster has a great program that catches them all including their own news services mediawatch
