I rather prefer a palmpilot + cell phone combo to a wap enabled phone, ok it's cumbersome, but you can do a lot more, I fell kind of inprisoned when trying to do something in a Wap phone. To me that's one a the major problems with wap or some other dumb protocol, all the apliances tend to use just the basic stuff. I mean if there wasn't wap maybe they could have something like a pilot-cell phone working already... (don't like the nokia, no software for it)
In Portugal(where I live) a company has to register its database (of personal information) with the state, and has to allow persons they have in the database to view, correct and delete data about them...
So if you don't like a company I can make them delete your file... ( the fines are very hard, and the state can actualy close a company that doesn't follow this).
Yes, the combinations are enormous, but parts if not all of the algoritm is known, a few years back I saw a simplification of the algoritm that allowed a person to generate a valid number with a few simple calculations. You could actualy generate a valid card just using your head...
Of couse all you got was a subset of the dominion of valid cards.

They don't have a Illustrator version for linux, killustrator isn't in the same league as illustrator (yet) and so I think a letter demanding a name change would sufice...

Well that's exactly the reason I would like to run linux on my PS2. With a firewire interface I can connect any firewire hard disk, and I already use my PC USB keyboard and mouse (infact the wheel button works on games too), I'm sure a driver for a USB network connector can be made...
So It's actually a better deal after it runs linux...

A few months ago I started doing Kung Fu and went to a conference with Dr Yang the guy who started the association, and It was very interesting (somewhat too incredible), the guy compares disfuncions in our body in the way they relate to bioelectric problems and e teaches the way chinese used to solve those problems. Well did a bit of reading on the subject (Body Electric is a good book on bioelectricity) and it seemed good enough to try.
Anyway bought a book by Dr. Yang to use chikung to heal back pain.
Well it works it tells you how to "listen" to your body so you can prevent injury and has the chi kung part (forms of simple exercices with relaxing) for healing...
Yes, I've always had the same ideias about earth, i think that in a higher level earth is only trying to multiply itself (making us colonise other planets and create a copy of earth) and if we fail, say for example we kill every other animal and plant on earth making it difficult for us to survive then it will only start again...
After a few billion years i'm sure something else will apear... maybe spores or something like that...
What we need to try and do, is make sure we survive to be the ones that pass on earths "genes". To do that we need to be very smart and very carefull... because yes earth will survive... but we may not...

Try using a USB keyb, try it with the basic software that ship's with the PS2, works great...
I used a cheap Taiwan USB keyb (costs less than 10$)
