    In martial arts the opponents actually develop the ability to read each other's mind and foresee their moves. Once this ability is perfected, the player essentially becomes invincible. All this means is that while we have better computers and programs, our players have lost the subtler skills needed for a martial art.

    If McDonald offered free burgers, not all burgers but only those containing a substance that would make you addicted to them for a lifetime, I wouldn't be surprised if the government stopped them. I don't think I would protest, even if I was starving.

    Even these precautions wouldn't be necessary if 1000's of people shared the files. Even if they can be tracked back, no publisher will have the resources to go after 1000's of people worldwide.

    Speaking of NASA, I'm curious to know if any virus has actually reached beyond the earth, not by virtue of it being transmitted over a sattelite link but actually infecting a sattelite computer. If not we are probably not far off from that. Imagine a sattelite brought crashing into New York city by a virus!
