One of the stations in GTA3 (not VC) played nothing but songs from that movie! The DJ was named Tony (female voice though so I guess it's Toni?) for criminy's sake!
The olympic games, the x-games, and professional sports are SPECTATOR sports. People want to watch it because it's exciting. The money comes from the fans. Nobody wants to watch a batch of geeks staring at their monitor while twitching every so often. Nobody wants to watch others play the game when they could play just as easily. That's why there is little money. Make it viewable, make it exciting, and then the money will come.
I sincerely doubt it. Just because his pseudonym shares a likeness to a video game character's name isn't grounds for a lawsuit. It's pretty obvious this guy isn't concerned about his 'identity', however obscure it may be, as much as a little publicity to jumpstart his rasslin kuh-rear.
What does it matter if their hardware isn't selling like it did last quarter or last year? They're making a profit from licensing for games, right? How are the numbers for ps2 games? If sony is making a profit, I'd say game sales must be decent at least.
Sony still hasn't gotten my money, but it's coming. I expect console sales to rise once GT4 is released next year. I know I'll be buying one!
C&C: Generals is my pick. There's a learning curve involved but it's short and leads to a smooth straight-away. I *acquired* this game a little over a month ago and fully intend on paying my tithe to the developer gods. Me and the roomies play at least one sweat-soaked, verbally abusive, match per night.
but it reminds me of a benchmark performed between desktop x86's and a sun machine. Given the different architectures, it really didn't make sense. However, the benchmark was supposed to show price::performance. Is this what Pabst is trying to convey? I don't take much stock in benchmarks anyway, as I would rather get my hands on it and try to break it.
This has probably been asked numerous times but I'll ask, no, PLEAD....Can we stop with the marginally funny april fools posts? Aw screw it, I'm going to google news.
I went to the Conectiva website to download the ISO but the front page only provides two language options...spanish and portugese. Are there english mirrors? Maybe an alternate place to download?
Gus Van Sant (CT:Good Will Hunting, not J&SBSB of course)
Anyway, the movie rocked and Smith is even giving signed mini-posters to those who send him ticket stubs from friday(8/24) and sat(8/25). See viewaskew.com for details.

...try and disprove it.
He's retired. He still calls himself Maxx Payne afterwards? Whatever. I still think it's a publicity stunt.

Yes there's nothing like realism in when it comes to big green guys whose origin comes from a normally-lethal dose of radiation.

If the million parties that are planned don't pan out...i can always come home and bust out on some RTCW all night.

Grammar is to blame on this one. Look:
