As far as noise goes I was also tired of it with my 6800 ultra. I picked up a zalman cooler for these cards. Yes the one with the massive heatsink and fan. And it is amazing. Not only do I run about 20 degrees cooler but it is silent even at the fastest fan rate. I liked it so much I just ordered their CPU cooler for my 3.4Ghz P4 now that that has turned into a turbine under load.
Except that it is not illegal to have this software installed. Even if the author is forced to remove the software it is still innocent until proven guilty. They can't force people to uninstall software from their own computers.

I'm holding out for version 2. I just don't see why you need an ati or nvidia chipset for this stuff. If you have a motherboard with 2 16x pci slots next to each other then just sell the connector bracket that includes the necessary logic. Also this current generation drops the 16x slots down to 2 8x slots. Next gen should give you 2 full speed 16x slots if nvidia follows through.
I refuse to get locked into either an ATI implementation or a Nvidia implementation. I want a MB with a chipset that I select to work with either one. Then in the future I can upgrade the 2 video cards to a different brand without having to change out everything else.
Probably because the larger banks have more of a presence in the towns people live in. I hate getting charged a fee to get to money that is mine from ATM's. Here there are Bank of America machines everywhere. No atm fees, no having to request atm fees reversed.
I've NEVER paid a fee with my BoA account. I don't know how so many people have problems. Free bill pay, free online banking, free bank transfers, overdraft protection, free checking. Hell I even get free checks, not that I write checks anymore though. Only thing I don't like is the horrible interest rate, but thats why I've got a ING account in addition to my BoA accounts.

Next thing you know they are walking out. Just going "shhhh" over and over does nothing. You need to tell these "people" where to go.

How far do you want it to mature? Samsung is on their 6th generation light engines. The DLP chips are in their 4th generation? This is not version 1 products that we are talking about.
Kind of hard to "do your research" when you can't find out how the conversion takes place or can't understand how it all works. This is not a consumers fault kind of thing. This kind of information is not made known unless people ask the question. Who would have thought to ask a question like this?

There are 1080p DLP tv's coming this year from samsung, panasonic, mitsubishi.
Sounds like your satellite provider sucks. I've got digital cable and its great. Just because your signal is weak doesn't mean the entire system sucks.
Even HIPPA has serious flaws. As soon as you restrict access to only doctors who need it there will be a life threatening situation where a doctor needs access but can't because of HIPPA rules.
Security like this has NO easy and NO perfect solution.
Let them bypass Congress. There are plenty of world agreements that the US doesn't follow. This will just be one more of them. No such thing as a one world government, they should stop trying to make it happen.

It'll be interesting to see how apple justifies their premium price for hardware once they start using intel based CPU's.
