I am convinced that 3D printing is a niche market, I would say that until 3D file generation become as easy as operating a camera, point and shoot, most people will ignore 3D printing. It has been shown that people would like one or two 3D printed items, but why have a printer to print items that are cheaper off the shelf, or fill rubbish bins with failed prints from under powered computers, poor 3D modelling, or corrupt files?
People assemble 3D objects all of the time, they don't need a printer, they have hammer and nails, file and drills, knives and scissors, they don't need a printer. That's part of the issue, we think that a 3D printer opens a new world, and in some areas it may, but many areas are already covered by artisan crafts.
Besides, who wants the smell of ABS drifting through the house? (my Makibot is on order, for printing custom buttons for my wife)
Use similar electronics but transmit the sound via a Bluetooth ear piece. 2D and 3D G-force sensors make the idea simple. First one to the patent office wins the prize!
Mac Pro can't be a big seller in the EU. I'll agree with other that new designs must be coming and that modding machines for that market isn't worth the effort, and they may also get so unexpected sales. As for fans, many of the servers that I have seen have fan guards fitted, Mac Pros may have been an exception because of the noise issue.

I know it sound like trolling, but they will be used in some contrived 'computer hardware and programming' course which will actually appeal to 1% of the people that participate.
MS needs companies like DELL and HP because these companies are putting MS product onto business and Govt desktops. Without these companies, Linux and MacOS would get a bigger foot hold in these big buying areas.
Troll, maybe, Wasted because narrow focus parties often do deals in order to achieve their narrow goals, and so become a de facto part of the major parties. maybe there should be a rule in parliament that says that a party can't vote on matters for which they don't have a policy? or you may as well just shut your eyes and tick any box on the ballot paper.
Apple will not give a sh!t. You can load mp3 files onto any iDevice and Apple does not care, why should this be different? AFAIK the device is not available yet, like it's final total cost per desktop.

I'm sure that I have read this sometime in Dec 2012. they combine a 20kW and a 30kW laser to get 50kW, making the system scaleable, to some degree.
