There's all kinds of off the shelf hardware available to do this - does it all infringe on Verizon's patent ? Did vonage develop their own hardware our just buy somebody else's?
Given the low level transmitted power from a cellphone and the fact that good quality filters are easily available to the designers of the phones I think it is unlikely that theres any significant radiated power outside of the licensed band. Poor quality audio equipment is a lot more common than poor quality transmitters. The frequencies that cellphones operate at and therefore any harmonics are much higher than any frequencies your audio amp or even your radio receiver should be responding too.
Of course - nothing is perfect, I know I shouldn't be able to hear the cop behind me running my plate through my car radio but it happens sometimes.
Hmmm - I was on a flight last year which was struck by lightning on final approach - I'm stunned that the planes systems can take massive broadband interference spikes from lightning without missing a beat and yet they are threatened by the milliwatts of signal from a cell phone.
A stipulated motion to dismiss is one that both parties sign - it means the end of the case. If what was filed was a regular motion to dismiss that is a different matter.
Forced entry is generally required before they'll pay for a burglary - I've even heard of one case where the insurer argued that because the burglar picked the lock there was no forced entry and therefore they didn't have to pay up.
Well there's the $4500 fee to the bondsman for a start - he doesn't care that the charges were dropped. His fee is fully earned the minute you leave your jail cell.
So that leaves $9000 to cover everything else, attorney, booking fee (believe it or not some counties make you pay for being arrested even if you're innocent), misc court fees (for filing petitions to clear your name) etc.
Wasn't verizon required to disclose prior art with their patent application ?

I thought that law expired.
The part that said you convert your video to 720x480 to watch it on your 720p capable screen.
$150 says you don't even know what 720p is .... that 720x480 is 480p (widescreen).

The approach to my local airport takes us right over all the TV & Radio masts.

It's unlikely that cell phones transmit anything significant outside their licensed band - it's your audio equipment thats at fault.

So where does this leave you if you're handing off your calls over a PRI using a Cisco router (with h323/MGCP) >

It's not a crime at all if you believe you are doing it with the permission of the owner.
The crime here is the posting on craigslist.

To be perfectly honest, I can't give you a concrete example, even based on hearsay, about where non-missionary is illegal
The military according to my former MP friend.
I don't know ... even more puzzling is the requirement to produce a drivers license when writing a check in a store.
No dude - thats verbs.
I believe trial by jury is a right in any matter where more than $10 is involved.
But unlike the others you are very obviously a Microsoft Shill.
One cause of NASA's current problems was the complete failure of the last congress to pass a budget for the current fiscal year.
Equitable relief requires that you come before the court with clean hands.
Remember the napster case when an argument broke out over who's hands were the dirtiest ?
That's trademarks, not copyright.
You forgot the /sarcasm tag at the end.
If attorney/client privilege was required to go that far then your attorney couldn't speak on your behalf in court.
How did I get moderated Troll for this one ?
Kind of ironic when you put out a false press release in a case when you're dealing with fraud isn't it ?
