My mom bought the company phone from them, with the.10 cent a month complete repair pacakge back in 1960 something. She had it for 30 years or so, it was really funny seeing the phone guy come out to change the phone cable when the dog ate it. It got to the point after this had happended for the 3-4th time, where he just gave us 2-3 cables for the phone. We wouldnt have bothered, except well, since we weren't allowed to have those other 6 phones plugged in, well then, they can dam well come out here and fix this one. The phone finaly died when the house caught fire.

I am one of those people who tends to stay awake later and later, and sleep later and later as a consequence. I eventyally work my way around the clock, with few ill effects. (When left to my own devices, that is, work 9-5 kinda interferes with this.)
THings i have found that have helped wake me up more coherent in the morning:
1: Bright light on a timer, set to turn on 30-40 minutes before i actually wake up. If i am rested, this works instead of an alarm clock. If i still need the alram clsokc, i am somewhat more coherent getting out of the house.
I have also tried tis with an electric blanket to get my body temp up a bit in he mornings, with marginal results.
2: In the evenings, in my main office, i switched over to dimmer red light bulbs, as opposed to the glaringly bright lights i had in there before. I switch to the red light about 10-11 at night. Im not sure how well this will work, but I am getting tired earler than i was.
Betwee nte two of these, im hoping to keep myself programmed to a better sleep wake cycle. I know the light in the morning is very helpfull, im not sure about the dim lights in the evening, but it makes sense.

Great. So a politician damaging innocent private business for the sake of scoring re-election points, and costing the taxpayers in the city $300,000(at least) and legal fees counts as not causing any problems. Wanna bet that this idiot gets reelected by a bigger margin, and the evil games companies are spun as the villans? I'm really starting to think that we deserve the politicians we get.
Its more like you being forced to pay the same 25 cents for the paper, then only allowed to read it on a poster on the wall of the subway. Oh, and you can only read 1 page per day. Oh, and if ou copy an of it to read on the way home, youll be arrested. And dont let any of your friends read over your shoulder, either. You criminal bastard!!

1 word, fish stew.
Seriously, i was thinking of this myself a while ago, but I only have a 10 gallon tank. I'm pretty sure that using it as a heat sink for anyhing much above a 486 would heat it to the point where it kills the fish. For a larger tank, or a small pond(I have a lager turtle pond in the living room. Large for a pond in the living room, at least.) it might work. I would try it on an empty tank first, to see how the temperature balances. However, i have thought of combining the waterpump with a waterfall effect for the pond. The only problem is if anything goes wrong with the pump(happens a lot), fried chip. But I would love to see if anyoe ocmes up with a working concept behind this.
