    Typically the person who's assets are seized can't sue, because they're found to have no standing, since the assets themselves are 'charged' with the crime. If you can't get into a lower court, the SCOTUS can't hear a case about it and it can't be ruled unconstitutional.

    Uh...

    A watch is a decent bomb trigger. A cellphone is an *amazing* bomb trigger, since it's literally dial-a-boom. Better arrest all the kids that have any of these; never know what they might be planning.

    Police can't be seen to be wrong. This is the same country where a cop can point-blank open fire on a fellow officer he was well-known to and have it ruled a 'good shoot'.

    Free speech isn't limited to the First Amendment, really. The First limits what the government can do in regards to speech, certainly. However, a private website disallowing certain types of speech is still impinging on 'free speech'; it's just perfectly legal for them to do so.

    First Amendment =/= Free Speech. Particularly since not everyone on the internet is a USAian. :)

    Yeah, transformers often vibrate at 50/60Hz (transformer hum), and other components like switching power supplies will produce a high-pitched, 'pressure-like' tone due to the switching frequency. I remember being able to hear the flyback transformers in old CRTs before they went extinct (and my ears got old).
