    I'm pretty sure one could try them in civilian courts, considering 'terrorism' is a criminal act, not an act of war. But that would be hideously inconvenient, considering how many of them ended up there.

    Well, only if you're being really slow about it. Its half-life is like, 68 years. Which is still very short and does count as 'hellaciously radioactive', particularly considering the decay products and what they decay into.

    I'm guessing that's why the store-bought, DRM-laden version was the one to appear on a torrent site - they cracked it *because* it was DRM'd. There's no challenge in just downloading someone's unprotected game and then putting it up on a torrent site.

    Problem with the idea of testing management for psychopathy is that they'll just deliberately HIRE the psychopaths they find as "more competitive". I recall hearing rumour that some financial companies have already started doing this, however that's pure anecdote. XD
