    They didn't rewrite this huge Rendering-Engine from C++ to Cocoa's ObjC just for Camino!

    It is possible to mix C++ and Cocoa(In fact KHTML is C++)

    It's called Objective-C++

    Right, and this story is not about an EULA either. It's about the iTunes plugin API license which you do not need to agree to in order to use iTunes.

    Unfortunately, quality games like Ico and 'Mark of Kri' sell very poorly, while crap like 'State of Emergency' sells boatloads.
    It's to the game publisher's advantage to ignore the gameplay, and focus on the marketing.

    Did you delete all the receipts before trying to reinstall?

    You can find them in /Library/Receipts/
    I believe the ones related to remote desktop are:

    Because you're not giving one person your CD, you're giving it to thousands of people. It's the same reason they care more about mp3s than they do about cassette copies. Once you make an mp3, copying it is trivial. Making a second cassette copy takes almost as much effort as the first one.
