    iFone sued. There was no countersuit. The courts ruled that Apple could sell its phones using the name iPhone, as that was a different business from iFone's.
    However, now the court has decided that the companies in the same business as iFone, the carriers, may not promote their business by using the term "iPhone" in their marketing.

    "2.3 times larger" is unambiguously "2.3 times the original size". At least everywhere I've lived.

    By that logic, if something is the same size as something else it must then be one times larger, which is just silly.

    Second, "times larger" is ambiguous in English.

    Using larger or smaller for quantitative comparisons is simply wrong. As you point out, as large is both proper and unambiguous.

    "inflating" is not the definition of accelerating away from each other. It's an explanation. Of course you can then ask why is it inflating, in much the same way that a child asks "why" no matter what the answer.

    Yes, you want to listen when then are lined up, because you are effectively looking back in time. It's not like you are seeing them "now", but have to somehow look ahead the amount of time it takes to receive any signal. The light and the signal arrive at the same time.

    Adoption will be slow enough that ticketing will probably increase at first, as human drivers race around the self-driving ones going "too slow."
