  1. Re:Whatever on What's New With IE, Firefox, Opera · · Score: 0

I honestly cant remember the last time FF crashed on my work or home system and I use it all the time. I only open IE when I want to get "infected" oops, I mean when I want to test the functionality of a layout or such. Ive been in "the game" for a long time now and I have to say that FF is the best browser I have ever used; I will never go back to IE.

  2. All of the Rewards but none of the Pain on U.S. Supreme Court: Public Anonymity No Right · · Score: 0

I may be mistaken but I believe I have met this guy (Mr Hiibel); I worked with one of his sons (Josh) here in Vegas and I have to state my opinion of their character with an example.

Setting: Internet startup in Las Vegas
    Memorial Day 1999

    Co-workers: CEO (ex-Army), Raz (ex-Army) and Me (ex-Navy)

Normal workday for the startup, all workers present less Josh (Teenage Hacker/Slacker).
At about lunch-ish a call is made to Josh to see if he is OK and to ask why he is not at work. His reply is that it is a Federal Holiday, Memorial Day and that he will not be comming in. Needless to say he was told to get in to work.

About Josh at this time -
    Military service - None
    Drivers license - No
    Social Security Number - No
Drives a car in the US - Yes
Works in the US - Yes
Expects benefits and privileges - Yes

  3. Make it sexy... on Babylon 5 Creator Pitches Trek · · Score: 0

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe I read that MJS was forced to let "Crusade" (follow-on show to B5) because he would not add more "Sex". So, I dont see how he can save Trek err.. what I mean to say is that Enterprise has gotten very "Sexy" (T'Pol is half-nude in many of the latest episodes) and while I dont mind this in the least, I think MJS will have a problem with this tactic. Does he propose to change it all together? BTW I watch every episode as soon as it is TIVO'd, I dont think it could get so bad that I wouldnt watch it. ;) I also have some B5 on my TIVO of which #422 is my personal favorite.

I for one really liked it.. i only attempted to compare it in the very begining but i really like how it all turned out. The only problem i have is that they left us dangling... Boomer... uh oh... watch out Boxie!
Thru most of the show i was imagining that they were attempting to say this was our Future (Cobol=Earth?). This was re-inforced by all the squak-boxes on the Galactica.. ;)
I need something else to watch besides SG-1 and Enterprise so this show would be more than welcome.
