Looks like great fun, although I am sure the enviro-Nazies will find something wrong with it. Good to see some folks having a good time - versus the media adulation of those who like to burn down neighborhoods.
Actually I think part of the problem is that all of the real smart folks are no longer in Physics - you can find them in Wall Street and Google making serious jack $$$$. The folks that are left are trying to keep the government grant machine going (hurrah for the Government tit), and are willing to put aside the Scientific method that led to the breakthroughs in science to begin with.
More interesting is that many of these are Atheists, and need to prove that that the Universe really doesn't need God - and in order to do so are willing to accept on Faith that Sting theory is the cat's meow, or that the Multiverse really does exist. So they are using faith to disprove Faith, how ironic!

Reading this forum... best part of all this is that there is one obvious "right" alternative viewpoint, and an "ignorant" viewpoint (Fox news as in the case of the above).
So apparently it's okay to foist Liberal / Socialist viewpoints on the ignorant Conservatives (and God forbid, Christians!). But the Liberals and Socialists can maintain their confirmation biases, because they are.... "right" (pun intended)
Seriously, this is why guns are made out of metal and not plastic - anyone who has taken a Materials Science class can tell you that. just because you can make it on a 3D printer doesn't mean that it is a good idea.
Snowden is kind of naive, along with the rest of the press wetting their pants over the NSA's antics. You really don't think the Russians, Germans and French don't spy on us? This isn't "Little Brother".
