The same goes in the other direction, if exists those genes (and should be tested "normal" people that had the same background to those genius). Could a person with the "right" genes be a normal one without the right education, diet, motivation, etc? How you could tell that someone could not be a math genius if education would had made the difference?
What the worst thing that could happen? At least this time US (or what remain of it, another possitive effect) will not deny that they caused a climate change giving free pass to a greedy corporation to build it. And as a plus, global warming will not be a concern for long time.

The information is all just there, ready to be picked up and used by the childrens, there is no need to be a teacher doing a monologue in front of you, or memorizing lessons without a meaning attached. The teacher role should be more guidance, what to know, where to go to get it, helping to discern what is trustable and what not, and how to use and apply it, and even being teached by the students on those topics. But for this, of course, the teachers must know the tools the children will use to guide them.
In the other hand, doing it in a way that nobody (or at least, most of the big/herd following) does is creativity. Don't follow the same as everyone else, try to build it yourself with brick and mortar, and you could end with something truly different, and maybe good. Those tools are there (both the open source and the commercial ones) because people use it and not as a toy, may be different (or lack something that you consider "essential", or adds something that they consider essential but you dismiss/ignore) to what you are used to, but could work anyway, and be useful in ways you don't imagine.

The problem is that the government don't recognize bitcoins as money, so giving it is not using them as public funds.

I'd say that Germany wanting their own internet now, joining the BRICS countries to do so is something of value.
It's time that the world realizes that internet is incompatible with having a bully with power over it.
