    India has it's own reasonably successful drone program. It would be naive to assume that a country that can successfully put a payload into mars orbit would import military drones, that too from a hostile country.

    There's literally no framework in place which would make it possible for them to do background checks on drivers in India.

    Apparently there are private investigators who do background checks in India for the IT outsourcing industry but they are a little more expensive than directly accepting forged supporting documents from a driver.

    They just "found" it in an old wallet? Who would leave $116m to be just found? . The whole story seems to be fishy right from the start.

    The UK has hundreds of thousands of surveillance cameras in use on public streets. Oddly enough, there still is lots of crime...
