Many of them do, but they need to be accepted by the institution just like any other transfer credit. Sailors have a "Joint Services transcript" (formerly called "SMART" because acronyms) that serves as their list of completed service/technical schools. It also offers a recommendation for lower-division credits based on the course. Since this is a partnership between DOD and the Department of Labor, I can only assume that the other lesser services have something similar if not identical.

True; I see the Vindicator as more of a proof-of-concept instead of something I would actually use, which is why I see this more of a 1A issue than 2A right now. Codeisfreespeech.com has the plans as well as a "photo" of the code, just like people did with the whole CSS/DMCA thing back in the day. I have no doubt that, eventually, 3D filament will be strong enough for firearms so I think it's important to safeguard that day against the people who are essentially calling to burn books.

Making your own firearm does not require a serial number or registration per the BATFE. You can buy an 80% receiver and a jig, drill the remaining holes, and enjoy your new 100% receiver.

Oh God yes. I remember reading The Complete Joy of Homebrewing when I first got into it about ten years ago. The quality of the ingredients available today is simply not comparable to when Papazian wrote his first edition in the 70's. Fast-forward to today, the quality is such that if you have the skills to make orange juice from concentrate, you can make good beer.

Heck, even the equipment is different. Sure, if you want to go pro, you can do the traditional three-vessel approach and can make it as complicated as you (or your wallet) like. I, however, prefer the simple one-vessel "brew-in-a-bag" approach, saving me about $4,700 in equipment costs. YMMV.
