These would be the stores that, when they first opened, were show rooms where you couldn't walk out with a computer same day?:) (Later, just before they closed them, you could buy limited configurations and take them home, but it was too late by then).
It helps, but is not necessary. Each book should be able to stand on its own. It might help to fully understand the characters if you start at the beginning, but you can pick up enough about them wherever you start.
I can't speak for others, but I buy books, hard cover, paperback and electronic. I have no problem paying for the books I read, but I also appreciate the ability to download the older, public domain, books. I bought my PDA mainly for the purpose of reading books. Its amazing how some people, who won't even post in the open, are willing to flame people that they don't even know who are attempting to learn.
www.blackmask.com has a large number of books (many that are also in gutenberg) in several formats: HTML, PDF, Mobipocket, MS Reader, rocket eBook, iSilo, and EasyRead
Version 7.1 has USB 2.0 drivers in it. As you say, the problem is the hardware (or other parts of the software). All 240 and 540 series hardware is USB 2.0, 140s are USB 1.1
Only the ones with a DVD player/recorder, which have TiVo basic service, or really early Series 1s that could be used like a VCR. The remaining Series 2s and DirecTV units require some sort of service agreement (Lifetime, or month to month with Standalones, $5? fee with DirecTV). Monthy is $12.95 for first Standalone, and $6.95 for the next 5 in a household. I have Lifetime on my 1 standalone.
Yes, but even in British english, it doesn't start lis... (licence or license would be correct depending on which country you are from, but no one spells it lisence). At least I think that is the point that was being made.
If you don't press vote, you didn't vote. You have to live with this. The instructions are available, so if you don't complete the transaction, you really can't complain. (and I'm sure your local poll worker will help if you have trouble reading the instructions.)
Unfortunately, (at least from my point of view), political pollsters are exempt from the "do not call" list, as are charity organizations. And for those who made earlier comments about liberal vs. conservatives with cell only access, I know of several political conservatives (30s and 40s) with only cell phones, and numerous luddite liberals with only landlines. I really doubt that political affiliation or leaning has much to do with this, it is more of a comfort level with the technology. Yes, that seems to skew things toward the younger more often, but many of the younger generation are more conservative than their parents.
Sigh, I guess Gateway is no longer a major enough player to warrant inclusion in the survey... RH 8 and 9 installed perfectly on my 400 series, except for the winmodem. Earlier variants of the winmodem chip seem to have linux drivers, so maybe it will work someday.

So, they obviously are taking their time about it...
Heck, I don't even change the background.
You do know that LP (Liquid Propane) is not the same as natural gas, right?

OK, I'll bite:

Lists:
Lava, 2000 flushes, Carpet Fresh, 3-in-ONE, Lava Pro, X-14, and Spot Shot in addition to WD-40.
So which is the one product?
If this is the original, Han doesn't shoot "first" since, in the original, Greedo NEVER shot!
Wrong! Greedo never shot!

Oh, the shame, the shame! ;)
Yeah, but a 64-bit processor is a bit different from 64 KB of ram ;)

I've often wondered, is twice as slow the same as half as fast? Or is there some other meaning?
Get thee to http://www.tivocummunity.com and you will find much love for thee and thy tivo there.

Yes, but not XP Home (not even for the client), it won't even load on XP Home.

And how much for Sun to support you for Solaris (if you want to compare apples to apples).
41 million numbers, this could be a significantly lower number of people... Matbe the word hasn't spread far enough yet...

I believe that the parent could be referring to SALES taxes.
