You need to look at the bigger picture. Automate almost everything, and nobody has to work. Ignore money, it just complicates matters. If robots provided us with everything, we could all work a few hours a week maintaining the robots and have enormous holidays.

- a valid driver's license
- eyesight examination
but your others are meaningless.
I can drive safely after several pints of beer.
Pills virtually never cause problems driving.
Criminal records are nothing to do with your ability to drive.
Car insurance is nothing to do with your ability to drive.
What they should do is to give you points on your license for an accident. If you have x accidents in y years (you could even award more points for more severe ones), then take your license away. Not for speeding or drink driving - I'd rather be on the road with someone who is drunk and never crashed than someone who is sober and always crashes. It's the ability to avoid crashing that counts and not one other thing.

The banner says "Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 10". If you can't understand that simple sentence, you don't have the right to complain when you suddenly finds you have Windows 10.
That cannot be true. For example my neighbour had a stroke and cannot record new memories. He can't remember what I told him half an our ago. But when he remembers something from his past, that memory is not gone for good, so it cannot be erased like you say.

I have had ZERO problems with Windows 10. It works better than previous versions, and was FREE. Stop the moaning.
