    There are plenty of times this happens with normal cars. There was one where the car accelerated on it's own when going off of a freeway, killing 1 person. The driver was sent to jail.. until several other people had this same issue. The car manufacture knew about this, didn't say anything, and issued a recall. Everything that can happen with an autocar has happened already, thing only otherthing would be programming errors.

    Can the same logic be used for law enforcement agencies? Didn't NSA/FBI/CIA/etc know about some of the terrorists from 9/11? They didn't do anything and no one was held responsible. They have plenty of tools available and can't use them correctly.

  10. If the court wants them to remove the negative reviews, I don't have an issue with this. They should also remove every review as well. You don't get to pick and choose reviews, you should get all or none.

    Isn't this the same industry that is keeping us safe by installing seat belts and air bags. Wasn't there just a major recall for them? If they have issues keeping our physical bodies safe, how safe is your data?
