Could the reason behind the lawsuit simply be a bit of arse covering by this spamming company.... Have they been threatened with legal action from the people/ISP's they've spammed and so are getting into a position to be able to say, we are not at fault it was the list brokers?
So what if it's been out longer? The figures are for the period between Nov and Dec 2001.
So surely the new boys on the block with the latest and greatest technology should have sold more compared to the dusty creaking ol' PlayStation?
