Where I live, Florida, minorities and women can get small business loans and grants far easier than White males can. I'd suggest that all these "oppressed" people start their own businesses instead of forcing existing business owners to bend to their will. How many times do we have to pick someone up before we expect them to stand on their own? If women and minorities are given every opportunity plus extra help from the local and federal governments to succeed but still fail to do so... is it really the fault of Whites?
As long as they don't touch her without her permission, what is the problem? People "ogle" football players, criminal defendants, police officers, puppies.... why are females the only creatures on Earth that we must not look at for more than two seconds?
This is a terrible ruling. Why are people so insistent on making the internet a Brady Bunch, rainbows and unicorns, version of reality? How are people supposed to make personal decisions when half, or more, of the information is censored? As much as I hate the size and power of Google, I hope they stand their ground.

Why bother giving free advertisement that, based on Internet standards, last for eternity just to get a 30 day trial? Is the company doing so poorly that they can't sacrifice 4,000 phones? Also, when they take them back, do they repackage them as new? What do they do with the used phones?
If "third world" Pakistan can control itself while wielding nuclear weapons, I'm sure Iran can as well. The inescapable fact of the matter is this: The United States does not "militarily" mess with nation possessing nuclear weapons. This fact alone makes the weapons highly desirable.
All of the Android phones I've owned had huge space limitations (can not install to the SD card) which keeps me from installing and playing with many potentially dangerous apps.

I doubt this. License plates are visible to the public and GPS tracking is not. Installing a GPS device is even more invasive.
