Yes, what you write about Muslims is a fact. What i have problems with, is writing "bad" things about Christians...

About Constantine: we know about this story from (Roman) Lactantius, a close advisor of Constantine, who wrote (as Constanine told him, and know about him writing it) that this vision of the Cross with the phrase "with this you win" (in Greek) was during Constantine's sleep (before the battle, and after he prayed to the "Sun God", since until then he was "Heliolatris") - also from (Greek) Eusebius of Caesarea (the first Church's historic) who was a bishop and know Constantine personaly: in his major work he wrote about Constanine's vision without mentioning if it was during his sleep or not (but based to the usual terminology we can assume it was during sleep) - in one work attributed to him, BUT IT IS *ALMOST* CERTAIN IT IS NOT ACTUALLY HIS, called "Life of Constantine", it is mentioned that this vision was while Constantine was awake. For us Greeks, Constantine the Great is very important for some non-religious reasons also: with Greek origins from both parents (his father -Constantius Chlorus- become Caesar), he is the one that as Caesar of the East Roman empire -i.e., the Greek in reality- founded Constantinople and what is known as Byzantine empire. His mother Helen is also an important person for us Greek Orthodox Christians. I just write all that to note that i may know few things - don't take it as an attack because "a 'barbarian' like you made fun of us great Greeks". About BBC: don't let me start... let just say that most Slashdoters will feel very comfortable there, plus any anti-Catholic/Orthodox will find so many (stupid) stories to make fun of us!

Anyway, he probably is refering to Paul's (a.k.a. Saul) sudden blindness -for few days-, before he became a Christian, but the story is: while persecuting Christians, Jesus appeared to him making Paul blind, BUT also telling him "Saul, Saul, why you persecute me?"... and the great story continues, but if you are interested you should read it in the Acts of Apostloles and his own Epistles, both found in the New Testament - by the way, since New Testament is originally writen in Greek, i can ensure you that Paul was not "blinded by a meteorite", nor was Great Constantine (the other mentioned by the parent comment as "meteorite blinded") who thanks to a vision before a battle with the Cross and the Greek phrase "with this you win" ("En Touto Nika") became a Christian.

With my comment or any of your political issues you may have with Russians and/or GOP? Because i really try not to get in to that.

    1) you mentioned that russian parts are used in western rockets. There are exactly TWO rockets that have any major Russian parts. That is OSC and ULA's Atlas. Delta actually has some Russian made parts, or did. And nothing else in Europe uses Russian made, except for your providing a launch site for them and then marketing them.

I just mentioned (not in the comment you reply to but to a previous) "Also keep in mind that some Western rockets use Russian engines and other technology..." - but thanks for the details, i was lazy to write them!

    2) you are right that we cooperate. However, for the last 10-15 years, America has been cut out of the competition because Boeing, L-Mart and then ULA were worthless. Now, along comes SpaceX and they are destroying EVERYBODY out there. By next year, there is a real good chance that ArianeSpace and all of the various Russian launch systems will be launching only their gov. systems and nothing more. Basically, SpaceX will own 100% of commercial space by the start of 2016. The reason is that not only will FH be live, but so will F9R. In addition, they are SpaceX is currently launching at a rate of about 1 every 3 weeks. In 2016, they will bring that down to 1 every 2 weeks or less.

I am not Russian (or Anti-American) - actually i wrote: "note: i am Greek/European - we are "competitors" AND "partners" also!" for anyone to note my comment's "spirit", which is far away from yours (i.e., "YOU" against "THEM" - from what i understand from this and some other comment you made in this discussion).

This is not about YOU vs. US. In fact, I have said here and elsewhere, that I want to see Europe spend some money on building up a CHEAP launch system. SpaceX has done that, and is doing more. BUT, if we are going to the moon and mars, then Europe needs to have a CHEAP and RELIABLE system.

I think you have issues with Russians specificaly, not us Europeans generaly. PLEASE NOTE: I don't blame you, i just note that this is not my "spirit" for those comments.

Get enough people using illegitimate software on their personal PCs, and companies will tend to use the same thing. And *they* run the risk of license audits, so will tend to buy legal software. If most individuals were acclimated to using Libre Office, do you really think companies would still be inclined to pay the MS Office tax and have to keep track of licenses, etc.?
