Citation? It depends on which metric you're going by. Avg teacher salary, avg classroom size, standardized testing (a hot button to be sure). Many state public school rankings put California in the top 3, and from what I've seen, I agree with that.
Facebook is part of the problem. It only shows you what you want to see, which means you're only ever getting at most one half of any story. And your friends / community get the same stories because FB networks you together. So it creates this polarized effect where nobody can even imagine someone voting for the other candidate, even though clearly half of the country did.
When I was a kid, everybody got the same news. People didn't hate the other side, they respectfully disagreed. So yeah, Facebook is cancer.
I'm not happy about the result but I'm going to make 2 predictions right now:
* The wall never gets built, I can't see congress aggreeing to fund it
* Trump comes around on climate change. I think he's smart enough to know that it's a real thing and he has young kids to think of.
As of this moment Florida is 54% blue and I expect that to go up. It was around 77% blue before the Weiner emails and it's headed back there now that she's cleared.
How many more scandals do you think they'll somehow narrowly escape consequences for during the next 4 years? I'm going to guess 17 new scandals -- one new scandal every few months.
Let's try to guess what they'll be.
* Something related to voter fraud
* Documents revealing that she doesn't really carry hot sauce in her purse
* Murder
* Pant-suit gate
No but think about it, all this time they were worried about Obama coming for their guns, and Orange Hitler comes along and they're ready to just hand them over. What could that possibly reveal?
It's surprising how slow they are in real life. The guys on Criminal Minds would've wrapped this up in a 1 hour episode and had enough time left over to read all of HRC's emails.
I guess this is supposed to be weighed against Clinton's tech acumen - "Like with a cloth?"
Tech *policy* acumen. We need them to understand net neutrality, not IT drudgery.

Wait though, it's not "Californians" who are calling for secession, it's a handful of crybaby tech billionaires.

Russia has been poking the bear lately. Russia needs to understand that you should not poke the bear.
Bill Clinton greatly enlarged the principle that corruption and lying were acceptable in high office and in the public at large.
You can't start a post with "Bill Clinton greatly enlarged" without ending with some sexy fan-fiction.
Actually, first priority will be packing up the statue of liberty and shipping it back to France with a rude note and a poop emoji.

Maybe I'm just a glass half full kind of guy.
Sure, let's lock up the people giving out the "I voted" stickers and buttons while we're at it. Give me a break. I'm so glad this shit is almost over.
If there was a liberal agenda, the areas would be swing state inner cities, not places that are already locked-in. This is maybe just good PR.
And then if Trump wins, how about free rides to Canada?
As of this moment Florida is 54% blue and I expect that to go up. It was around 77% blue before the Weiner emails and it's headed back there now that she's cleared.
That's like saying Brazilians who are interested in soccer. I really don't think you get it.
Right because if there's one thing Russians don't care about, it's the Chess world championship.

All of which you're fine with when your guy does it.
No but think about it, all this time they were worried about Obama coming for their guns, and Orange Hitler comes along and they're ready to just hand them over. What could that possibly reveal?
He's got a 34.2% chance according to 538. That's not small. That's why we need everybody to get there and vote for Hillary. Twice.
How did they get all those hillbillies to leave their guns at home?
It's surprising how slow they are in real life. The guys on Criminal Minds would've wrapped this up in a 1 hour episode and had enough time left over to read all of HRC's emails.
You can see this beautiful, gold telescope is seven times the collecting area of the Hubble telescope
I guess we need to hope president Trump doesn't decide to melt it down to make a new white house toilet.
And the hits for the Russian bank are Trump doing online banking.
Because none of the emails were from her.
I don't remember her ever doing that. I remember her saying that Powell advised her to use a private server.
True but it's as substantial as the Weiner laptop emails and look how much hay he's been making with that.
