Are you insane ? Basic logic shows us that any "fair" system must balance 2 things. It cannot neglect one for the other. Which is exactly what you do.

    1) it must maximize wealth creation (obviously critically important)
    2) it must distribute that wealth "fairly" among a number of people, and systems (e.g. money needs to go to police as a whole too)

Obviously the way capitalism works is by making concessions (but not too large, see progressive income tax and such) on point 2 in order to have more wealth to divide. It's been by an order of magnitude more succesfull than any other system. (An american "poor" person has a 2 bedroom apartment, a car and multiple tv's and computers on average).

Capitalism accepts temporary unfairness by creating rules that WILL even out the population in the long term.

The way communism (and socialism) works is by just using violence to do everything the way "it should be done". Which obviously immediately translates to the way a certain person or small group of persons thinks it should be done. This is what you're advocating. And yes, in theory it can be done better. However we are only human, and any socialist system will fail. It may take a while, but it's fall is inevitable. Don't ask what happens if an economy collapses, you don't want to know. Perhaps consult some people who've been to Zimbabwe. Iran is also in serious danger of having it's economy "fail", so perhaps there will be lots of people to ask what happens in that case too soon.

Is a person with a personal car, a 2 bedroom apartment, and multiple tv's and computers really "poor" ? In a lot of countries such a person would be considered very wealthy. E.g. in Iran.

Freedom is a duty, not a right. It is a duty to use violence to protect others when people interfere with their freedom. Only this can guarantee your own freedom. So stealing is obviously in opposition with freedom, while ownership is not.

So you see freedom is in fact a very, very "restrictive" law. It forces your hand in many situations to do something. Without these actions however, that are now mostly taken for granted, there would be no freedom. If you think that there is freedom in a lawless region, just go to somalia. There is nothing even remotely resembling law in that country currently. Nobody will come after you if you steal, nobody guards the sees, and things like banks hire their own thugs. Why don't you go over and see just how "free" you are in Mogadishu.

This difference between catholics and protestants does in NO way constitute a difference in the interpretation of the bible. 99.9% of the difference is basically "who runs the church ?". The bible doesn't help since it explicitly states that NOONE runs the church. Even the vatican itself claims only to be a source of advice, not an organization to run governments.

They do not differ in interpretation of canon law, just in who is the judge and what organizational decisions have been made.

    Same for anglican church btw.

Just as the difference between sunni and shi'a is a difference about "who runs islam ?". You probably don't know their answers, so let me give them to you. Sunni : loosely coupled "church". Boss is basically the regime of saudi arabia in cooperation with 4 islamic universities (cairo and three others). Shi'a answer to who runs islam is a hierarchical system, with an Iraqi ayatollah (who is a nice guy btw) on top. The iranian government "partially" disputes this, because it considers itself part of this hierarchy and refuses to listen in a number of ways to this guy (guess what, mostly on, let's call it "foreign policy").

Note that both sects are together 99,9% of muslim, and both "sects" (islam as a whole is a sect, by any reasonable definition) support "imposing" sharia. Authority cannot come from humans, so democracy is evil, again for both sects.
