Look at the source code to web pages. I've read things like jokes, codes, quotes, messages, etc. They are commented out so no one will see them in their browser unless they look at the source code.
You can read it here if the above link gets slashdotted. They have more pretty pictures than the review at hothardware. This review is slightly different in that they used a Pentium 4 instead of an Anthlon XP.
This is slightly off topic but almost anyone can compress text, too. Of course, JPG compression is better than text compression but every little bit counts.
You can download a copy of mod_gzip here for Apache.
Often times when someone joins a site they see the words "Username" and "Password" next to the boxes where they are supposed to choose a username/password. Guess what username/password they chose? Yep. "Username" and "Password" (or "username" and "password") which is mentioned at the bottom of the CNN story. They chose that combination because they did not know they were supposed to pick one themselves.
While I do agree with most people here and editing httpd.conf is the way to go, there is a GUI for Apache.
I've recommended Comanche to people in #apache on efnet when they ask for an Apache GUI config tool in Windows and Linux.
The MSNBC article is lacking in details. RealNetworks press releases are here and here. Anyways, I would assume TiVo would get some of the $ from the RealOne subscription service. Apple could learn a thing or two from RealNetworks and M$ about marketing Quicktime.
I bought my Gamecube on Monday night along with a memory card. I've rented Rogue Squadron II, NHL Hitz 2002, and Wave Race: Blue Storm and have had no problems whatsoever. It could be a problem with Luigi's Mansion but I haven't played it yet. What color Gamecube do you have? I bought the black one. Do you have a memory card? Some more information would help us to determine your problem.
Kohan is also available at Tux Games and its a little cheaper as well. Disclaimer: I don't work for them or have any affiliation with them. I just have their site bookmarked.
You forgot to mention that the upgrade from
StarOffice 5.2 to 6.0 will be free (or a small fee for the deluxe version) and the upgrade from M$ Office 2000 to M$ Office XP will cost a significant amount of money.
Today's StudioBrief on the Internet Movie Database has an article about this Slashdot discussion.
The article is here.
Another tool is ApacheToolbox.
I agree with you. Editing by hand is the way to go.

Nearly all CDs have about 2 seconds of silence between songs. Would this be considered "fair use?"
Please laugh.

Maybe they really liked Jurassic Park 2? ;)
Slashdot is running Apache 1.3.20. They will probably run 1.3.24 (currently the latest 1.3.x) before moving to 2.0.
Does anyone know when a new mod_perl will be available? The current mod_perl (1.26) was released in July 2001.

The W3C has links to many validators here. Go test your website(s) with them.
The Ravens' official website is running
IIS 4.0 on NT4/Windows98 and they still lost. The OS had nothing to do with their loss.
Yes, I know this article is a joke and so is this post. Go on and laugh.
www.real.com is the consumer side of RealNetworks and
www.realnetworks.com is their business side.

What will happen to the old servers?
Actually, Netscape's Release Notes page is incorrect and my guess was based on it. They should have a link to Mozilla 0.9.2 instead of Mozilla 0.9.3.
The Release Notes are here. A link to Mozilla 0.9.3 is at the top of the page so I would assume Netscape 6.1 is based on it.
They are slashdotted. Here is another article about their plans.
Its a bug in ATI Rage cards. You may wish to try XFree86 4.1 and see if the problem is fixed.

Are there any pics of the melted router?
It was the 4th episode of the first season. The link is here
