In fact, I can't think of a single group of people who would be anymore interested in this news. If you read through the comments at the site, you'll see that the average AICN mainstream film whore is NOT interested in this film.
Rescue Mission. Most shuttle missions will go to ISS and NASA plans to have a contingency shuttle ready to go up and bring 'em back home if necessary. The shuttle can hold up to eleven people, in a very, VERY tight fit. Some crew would literally be strapped to the floor.
I usually attend Qcon, but don't participate in the tourneys... It's really just a blast to hang out in the BYOC LAN all day with some pretty cool people. Unfortunately (for Id), Q3A is really one of the least popular games at the event. I saw more interest in IL2 and BF1942 last year than any other game. Of course, now that everybody's tired of those games, Quake will teh l33t again.
Id just wants to maximize the exposure of D3 this summer. QIV could definitely make an appearance in some form or anther, and it would certainly be appreciated by the hardcore fans who spends hundreds of dollars each year to attend this event.
(And I think that would be a good litmus test of a hardcore gamer v. casual gamer. How many casual gamers will pay out the travel expenses to attend game conventions?)
Now, there is a bit of a dilemma for Raven. Squeezing enough performance out of today's machines to implement Quake style gameplay (larger, expansive environments with 8+ players) with the D3 engine.
It sounds like you and your child are in trouble, because you're not going to be able to protect and coddle him forever. At some point, he will be exposed to this digital menace.
I can only hope that you've taught your child the difference between the real world and the fake television worlds. I hope that your child understands the difference between killing somebody with a video game controller or an illegal shotgun.
If not, I hope you start locking your bedroom door at night because you're obviously raising a little Damien.
Reading the NY Post is worse than anal rape IMO. Playing GTA hasn't made me feel less intelligent, which is something that I can't say for the NY Post....
That's the exact same thing that popped into my mind. In his lifetime, Mario has been involved in more violent scenarios than Tommy Vercetti. I mean, what is the difference between slapping a woman and stomping on a turtle until it is dead? I do both of them frequently in the world of video games, but I KNOW and UNDERSTAND that I can't do either in the real world.
I think Nintendo needs to get off of its high horse and start thinking about the future. Iwata recently realized that consumers aren't going to be a couple hundred thousand consoles just to play Zelda. Great. Welcome to 1999, Iwata!!

But is it really that hard to go to the menu sub-screens? I'm not about to go buy a whole new system because I'm so tired of switching screens/views.
What is this going to look like? How will you control this device?

The SuperFX chip will most definitely show up on the GBA, but most expect that it will debut by the end of the year.
The user mods are the best part of NWN, and I would definitely consider passing on this game if Mac didn't support mods.
Are the devs at Bioware so dependent on D3D that a Mac version runs 12+ months late?
