  8. I'm specifically asking for something that will output SCUMM-compatible data so the game isn't platform-dependant. I DO NOT WANT something that will output a useless Windows executable file.

  9. Is there a modern "game maker" for old-style SCUMM games? I.E. something that will output game data that can be run on the various SCUMM emulators out there?

    That's why I'm okay with something like Netflix. I'm paying less per month than what most other services charge for "owning" the right to stream a movie.

    With Netflix, I'm not paying much but I also know I'm only paying for the right to stream and that titles can be removed at any moment. Although it would be nice if there was more hints and easier ways to know which movies are soon to be removed.

    My TV does 4k at 30Hz or 1440p at 72Hz (HDMI 1.4) ... Guess which option I prefer to play games with.

    480p at 216Hz?

    Images on the Web, 10KB or so? Are you only viewing websites from 1996? I often encounter multi-megabytes JPEG backgrounds and "retina" photos that have four times as many pixels as my display. So it's more like 3800 images. Still less, but not as low as you seem to think.

    Stream once or twice per month? How low is your monthly data cap? Do you browse the Web without images or what?

    How are people still getting mod points? My Karma has been positive for months and I haven't had mod points in nearly a year, if not more. I can't even recall.
