Whenever you talk to a "non-technical person" (it's their words, not mine) about issues such as the recent FBI v Apple case, you'll generally find a response similar to "The government can look at my stuff, I have nothing to hide". It's these people who side with the "but terrorism" argument, and end up screwing all of us.
We don't need backdoors, we don't need invasions of privacy, we don't need tracking, we need strong encryption and security.
