I've been an AMD fanboy for over 15 years and I still am to an extent even though I'm on an Intel Platform now.
My point was, 95% of use cases for processors will not benefit an Intel over an AMD chip, and yet people, myself included, will spend multiples more for an Intel chip, when the benefit is diminished.
If I cared about power comsumption, I would turn off a light for a couple hours a day, that would offset the processor power usage.
They should make the policy say, "The content you will be able to access via a VPN will be only what is available to your IP Addresses Originating Country."
Then they just make all the VPN IP Addresses originate from North Korea. Problem solved.
Everyday you would just get a new episode of "Best Korea: Our Lovely Leader (In Technicolor)"

Ya know, I just recently upgraded to a i5 4690k from an FX-4300 processor. Yeah it's faster, not much.....
Does it make Windows load any faster? No
Do any games player smoother or higher FPS? Very few.
Does it use less energy? Never checked, couldn't care less.
Did I spend alot more money to get this CPU? Yeah, over 2x as much as the AMD.
