    Traditional computers made their debut in the 1940's.. I believe the first real widely adopted home PC's started popping up in the early 80's.

    40 years from room sized computers to the desktop is quite reasonable. I would assume that quantum computers would likely follow the same trend, but take that with a block of salt because I don't know squat about quantum computing.

    Well now that all those business got a nice big tax cut, the state and local governments are turning to consumers to pay for the shortfall in tax income. So we get to look forward to cuts in federal programs AND increased prices through taxation on the state and local levels... Thank goodness for those few extra pennies in my paycheck! WHEW!

    Remember things like this when congress people say "Small business is the backbone of America" ... then proceed to weaken their "backbone" every chance they get. Yes I realized the FCC is not congress, but the principle still applies.

    So you're asking for evidence about the GOP using their tax scam to attack social services (something that has been fully PREDICTED for decades) and THEN proceed to say "Democrats created a welfare state by telling black women to kick out their men." while not OFFERING any evidence....

    Essentially you make up the "What's crazy is that 32% of the population still support this bill (I'm not counting the 1% of the 33%)"

    While we're at it, what exactly is the incentive for fossil fuel subsidies and has that goal been reached?

    No, they are used so that people will have an incentive to adopt renewables, thus creating an economy of scale whereas renewables become commonplace. It's not just "for looks"
