Yes, but the difference is this. Microsoft bundles 1 cdrecorder. The one they have a partner with or the 1 the made. The linux distros that I have used bundle 3 or 4. You have choice with Linux out of the box.

Hey, I thought Mandrake was based on Red Hat.
So the lesson we learned here is to send security warnings like that through anonymous E-mail.
