    I think Congress needs to spend less time being stupid and more time figuring out a way to get hot lead pushed thru some terrorists' brain stems

    Great. Kill one and two more pop up. Repeat for 10 or 15 years and go home, worse than when you started. Unless we investigate why people like bin Laden exist (perhaps we funded him ourselves and dropped him like a hot potato when our purpose was served), this will never end. Eventually, one of them will hand deliver a nuke to DC or New York and then things will get really bad.

    How the hell have you have you lived as long as you have if you can't see in 3D?

    Perhaps you are unclear what it would mean to percieve something in 3d. This means that you would see the entirety of whatever you were looking at. You could see all sides of a cube at once, for instance.

    Getting back to the original thread, 3d browsers are displayed on a 2d surface. How does that work again?

    This has to do with the fact that 99.999% of people who read this forum do not care for Anime - especially in light of what has happened in recent days.

    There you go, trying to call down hellfire and brimstone. One of the intents of a sentence is rehabilitation - the convict should be more capable of normal functioning at the end of this, not less. What do you think will happen if he loses his job?

    Pretty good. most credit card generators generate only valid numbers. There's no real reason to try, though, as it's so easy to steal them. Next time you go buy gas, see if somebody has left their receipt lying around or tossed it in the can.

    You don't need this license in order to freely exchange music. I aggree with those people in here who object to the license on the grounds that you can modify a work and release it under the same name.

    The difference between music and code is that music is purely expressive and frequently does reach a state of being done. Once you've completed a work of music, you can use parts and ideas from it in other works, but these works have distinct identities. There is no version 2.0 in music.

    Your analogy is likewise faulty. A car is always a potential killing machine, regardless of whether alcohol is involved.

    Regarding bomb detection, my non-lawyer understanding of the matter is that cops may investigate your house without a warrant or cause provided that they stay on public property and only use commonly available technology. This means that they could walk by and see you toking or pointing a gun at someone, but camping across the street with a thermal imager requires a warrant.
