First off, my son was planned, thank you. Secondly, If something tragic did happen, then I would have to find a way to manage. I'm not incapable of being a single parent, I'm simply saying it would be hard. My point was under current conditions things simply "work", but if there was a break-up then it would take a lot of careful planning to see what would be the best situation for the child.
I am a network engineer at a large steel manufacturer. I am also currently engaged and have a 3 month old son. Now I love both of them, but I've frequently wondered if we ever did split would I be able to share custody. Work is very demanding and often more time outside of the office for research and studying. Of course I would want to see my child, and could provide finacially, but what about emotionally, honestly I don't think I could, maybe on the weekends if that. It's sad to say but some jobs make it almost impossible to be a single parent without a lot of assistence, as a male, I am not very motherly and would probably need a nanny or something, and I just wouldn't want to do that to him, he would be better off with his mother, as hard as that is to say. My advice would be to really evaluate your career and how much time you really have in a day to care for your child. Good luck.
You do realize you can't go to sites about proxies from networks that are under the control of Websense, etc. They list them as "Proxy Avoidance". It's kind of a catch 22.
Yeah, I live in Youngstown Ohio, where the average median income is about 30k a year, and we have a very high unemployment rate, so it's actually not bad for here. Otherwise I would move and make a lot more, before you make assumptions of what I am qualified to do, maybe you should learn to ask questions; or was practical thought that not covered in your degree?
Personally I never had a desire to go to college. I started working at an ISP when I was 15 due to my desire to learn, not to mention Linux experience. I've had my share of crappy IT jobs working at a repair shop, or what have you. However all of that served as a good learning experience. I am 22 and currently hold a CCNA and MCP (I only did MCP because my ex-employer had an MCSE and I bet him I could pass an MCP without studying, and I won) I currently work in an environment where everyone else has a bachelor's or better. I'm a Network Engineer, dealing in a large enterprise Cisco network, I make about 25/hour when you break it all down without ever setting foot in a college. I'm not saying a degree is not the way to go, but it's not the only way to go.
I think it would be interesting to see the correlation between those "older" users and whether they are male or female. I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and guess the majority are in fact male. Whereas "younger" users are probably much more evenly split. Maybe more older men are now just realizing the 'benefits' of myspace. Creepy to ponder.
I was working for an IT firm and one of our customers had an SBC (prior to AT&T name change) ADSL circuit. Just a few office computers and a server. Somehow SBC started billing them for DSL circuits on both lines (Voice and Fax). The active DSL was on the FAX. I called the company exlained the situation. SBC said they would cancel the other one right away. They cancelled the wrong both. So that left them with no working DSL. It actually took them over a month to get it all squared away. They claimed the way their system worked was that it had to be readded at the beginning of the month for some billing reason. To this day I don't know why it happened and I try not to think about it. It was not only frustrating for the customer but myself for having to deal with SBC on their behalf.
My complaint to scrap the eye candy would be ignored of course, just like myspace ignoring my reccomendation to stop letting people make profiles that look like AOL hometown pages from 1997.
How can they just blame the economy for a slump of impact ads. There could be several other factors that could cause the same effect. As if the slow U.S. economy is only effecting Auto and financial ads. I believe we would see slow down in many other areas. Maybe they just aren't using effective advertising.
the second law of thermodynamics states that every system goes from ordre to disorder. Therefore a so called "big band explosion", would result in enthropy not a perfect universe. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever (and i cant stress that enough) has an explosion ended in order. Try this: bow up your car, you will not get a nicer car. (this also applies the the stupidity that is evolution)
the others are just theories, Einstein had trouble recognizing even a 5th dimension, some scientists do believe there could be as many as 11 or more. L x W x H x T does make a lot of sense however in our physical realm, i do believe that there possibly could be other dimensions that we are unaware of and only have experienced in a supernatural or theoretical way.
If you need a novel way to pick up girls then neither the iPod, nor the Zune will do that for you, sorry, keep looking.
I for one welcome our new triple play overlords

What about the correlation between increase in size and tumors?
You should have kept reading, the XP Pro machine was running Win XP Home Unpatched on VMware...

Reminds me of when Ryan Dunn shoved a toy car up his ass in Jackass the movie.
Apparently he didn't have enough time for a minor in female anatomy.
