McCain was wrong the first time.

Unfortunately, McCain himself disagrees with you. You might want to read the transcript of the interview linked in my original post.

Despite what Joe Biden says, there's nothing patriotic about having a larger chunk of your income taken by the government simply because you make more than others. That's punishment, not patriotism.

Are you making an argument for a flat tax rate or just taking a swipe at Biden?

Please don't be so quick to judge someone simply because you are comfortable revealing your identity (Mr. Smauler? S. Mauler?) while they are not.

Would these be the same types who say, "live like we do or burn in hell forever"?

Let's be honest. Religion has never agreed with nor supported a "live and let live" philosophy. The propagation (and thus survival) of religion depends on exactly the opposite.

Unless he happens to own distribution rights to his own music, yes.

As a side note, I didn't know who Josh Grobin is so I searched for him on Google. After hearing a sample of his music, I think all copies of his CD should be unauthorized. No offense to his fans but it was the first time I clicked a Youtube link and actually wished I had been rickrolled.
