if your mouse driver allows you to define the behavior of the middle button, which many do, then you can map it to ctrl+shift+leftclick which is the shortcut for open new window in background in Opera. hope this helps
massively multiplayer is a nice way to distinguise between 2-64 player games that have been the norm for years and modern 500+ player games. of course everyone has their own definition of massive, mine is somewhere in the grey area between 64 and 500.
The ruling in the preliminary injunction in the Adobe v Softman case explains in a few thousand words that software SELLERS are NOT bound by the EULA, only USERS if anyone (and yes, it does say IF).
actually it did. i dont remember what it was called but there was a controller that detected force and then pulsed the controls at the right frequency. it was advertised for use with racing games where you needed analog steering and such.
You are mistaken. You do not need a license to use software. Once you have legally acquired a copy of [any copyrighted work] it is yours to do with as you please as long as you dont violate copyright law.
Maybe you misunderstand. Overtime isnt something you can give up. The law REQUIRES the company to pay you at 1.5x your normal rate of pay for time over 40 hours a week. It does not provide an option for you to opt for TOIL or any other alternative compensation.
No, the Sony Vaio commercial with a voiceover by Jeff Goldblum, where Yao Ming has a 12" laptop and Verne Troyer has a 17" laptop... THAT is a clever way of marketing a big laptop.
What I want to know is how much they had to pay for the rights, and how much of that cost is going to be passed on to the buyers. Will it cost as much as a normal album? less? MORE?
It is only stealing if they go out to get it. Keeping the stuff that fell in your own yard is perfectly legal.

Wrong kind of tile. The one you saw was a rather small and unbelievably heat tolerant ceramic tile. The one that fell off during launch was a plain old foam insulation tile, which I have read is designed simply to protect things from ice and cold in the upper atmosphere and space.
Or just dont agree to any terms, which is the route I take as often as possible. I have no agreement with my cable or electric companies , although they might think differently but that is no concern of mine. They continue to provide me service and I continue to pay them each month governed only by consumer law.
Well, ALL true-type fonts are a sort of SVG. And I've seen some that only display their true level of detail at 72+point size. This is a very good thing for many types of graphics, particularly any sort of chart. Basically this takes part of the 50% of images that deserve to be PNG/GIF compressed instead of JPG compressed.
Ahh, but therein lies the problem. If the media companies are allowing someone to "seed" their media onto the network then how do you ever know you ARENT downloading from someone who has permission to distribute copies?
Because a "NNN cafe" has drinks (coffee being the standard), and usually a small quantity of food as well as some NNN. A "NNN Baang" is nothing but a room full of NNN.
That's just hilarious! No self-respecting professor would accept any self published trash as a reference source. EVER. You need something accreditied. I mean, you could write your own book and publish it, then use yourself as a source! What kind of shit is that?!?
Thank you for that amazing insight. I guess somewhere between 3rd grade and adulthood you decided that people were responsible for crimes that other people committed. I'm glad neither I nor the majority of the world agree with you.
I have never seen or heard of this 'Release of Liability'. Where do you live? This is a state-by-state thing, not a federal law, so when you make a comment like this you should tell us what state you live in, and possibly what city/county.
Hmm, I have yet to encounter anywhere that this is the case. Can you cite any statutes or precedents for where you live? I am relatively sure that your "most places" does not include TX, TN, MS, AL, or OH.
But who is to say it was you using that computer? It is exactly like those automated speeding ticket cameras, just tell them someone else was driving (unless they were smart enough to take a picture of the driver, which very few of the systems do).
who said anything about burning on the wrong side of the CD?

that might almost be funny if this topic had anything to do with RPGs

How is this fanfic? It's made by the same people who made the original.

Actually there is in very many local jurisdictions. It is both a city and county law where I live.
