The third party mouse thing irked me (-: I've never liked the way the Apple mouse worked and a normal mouse appears to be quirky on some of the funkier aspects of the OS X interface.
My point was that mouse functionality (even the fancy ones) is not that hard to do and third party or not shouldn't have a lot to do with it.
Nobody makes a gaming phone because everyone knows that the carriers would be all over it charging the outrageous prices to play. Who wants to get burned like that? 2.99 for a 20 second ring tone indeed....
Mind you apple isn't even able to perform a simple checksum to know if their update is going to brick a phone or not. I guess when it comes to getting your money though, they have all kinds of best practises.
Intel may support it, but there are few software vendors that do as far as I know. Intel maybe targeting it for HPC, but just try and buy a Mathlab license for this architecture.
Actually organic food crops typically have a lower yield. Which means you have to use more land and ship it farther. So, you lose nutrients and you have to use more fossil fuel to get it to market. Unless I guess you are lucky enough to live near an organic farm. But still if your organic farm is nestled amongst others using pesticides, well I would have doubts as to how organic it really is.
I think eating organic food is more of a really more of a lifestyle kind of choice.

Heaven forbid that he'd use a third party mouse. Oh my...
It's a mouse. what special drivers? When was the last time anybody actually stuck in a driver disk because they plugged in a new mouse?

This simple argument should blow them right out of the court room. Irreparable injury indeed.
sorry about the bad down mod
and we could trust Microsoft to not install their crap in the guise of security updates.
Welcome to the nofly list
Not expensive if the technology works. My time is more valuable and down servers cost money. The cost is paltry in comparison.

They wont waste time hacking your phone. They have a legal intercept box in the server room. No need for back doors on the phone.

Cats most likely chose to live with us to their advantage unlike dogs, cows and sheep.

If by discoverable you mean click everywhere until it works, then yes. That's how I find most folks "discover" stuff on Windows.

You'd have to be a drooling idiot to drive your truck into one. Not that it's never happened, we have our share of drooling idiots...
In the city track up would drive me crazy but when I'm out in the wilderness fishing, I like the track up feature better.
