All I can say is it's about time the parents are being talked about here. I'm sick of everyone thinking the government should regulate what kids can and can't play (they do that with other things too, like abortion, and it's sickening). It's the job of the parents to raise their own children. Make sure the parents are informed and the games have the proper labels so everyone knows what the content is (which the game makers are doing). Then tell and let the parents do their job.

That's exactly what Moore does. Moore has edited out parts of clips he's used in his movie that go against the agenda he's trying to promote. He takes out the one sentence, the one quote that proves what he's trying to say, but cuts the rest out (which would destroy his arguement if he left it in.) Most of Moore's "facts" have been proven WRONG by the 9-11 commission, and anyone else with half a brain should see he's full of it. To go into this movie and think it's full of facts and that it's a real "documentary" are as pea brained as Moore is. Moore is a lie spewing jackass. There isn't an ounce of truth in what he's putting out there. It's slander, plain and simple.
As far as why he hasn't been sued, people are looking into pursuing action against him now with this being an election year (something about the rules of presidential campaigns). He's stepping over the line and WILL be held accountable for his lies.

After looking at that pic for the past hour (not constantly, but off and on) it just looks like a digital mockup of a possible design. There's no Nintendo logo, the black space in the middle looks off, and if those are speaker holes at the bottom, it must be a joke. Perhaps Nintendo leaked a fake pic on purpose to get people talking about how lame the design is, then they'll unveil the real thing and blow our socks off.
I picked up one of the redesigned top load NES consoles a few years back at a Wal-Mart. Doesn't seem like it was that long ago, but it could have been 5+ years ago. And sure enough, it's in tip top shape.
I was starting to get really aggrevated at all the spam I've been getting. I know I haven't signed up for anything in the past few months, and the few I have signed up for, I've made sure I check the "DO NOT SHARE MY INFO" box. But when the crap kept coming (sometimes multiple times in succession of the EXACT SAME E-MAIL!) I was getting pissed. Then to read this on/. this morning, I was furious. So of course I login to Hotmail and sure enough, those two boxes are checked. Hopefully now that I've unchecked those boxes, my amount of spam will drop. Sons of bitches.....
